Finding balance
Facing workplace challenges through representation and kindness.
Industrial Representation
Industrial Representation

ANMF membership is the most effective way for Nurses, Midwives and Assistants in nursing to ensure that fair working conditions and rates of pay are negotiated and maintained for the entire Nursing and Midwifery workforce. The ANMF ACT Branch works with our Workplace Delegates (WPDs) to develop Enterprise Agreements across hospitals, aged care and other health facilities in the ACT.

ANMF members are also entitled to industrial representation regarding employment matters such as workplace misconduct or underperformance.
